Perovskia Blue Spire (commonly known as Russian Sage) is a plant which gives both impressive flowers and foliage. Spikes of highly scented silver leaves are topped with gorgeous, tiny, violet purple bell-shaped flowers which attract bee's and butterflies into the garden. Preformes best in full sun and well drained soil.
