  1. The plant or plants in question must be identified on the day of delivery.

  2. Resonas for return must be expressed with sufficient evidance

  3. Such items will be picked up and returned by Gransfield before refunds are issued

  4. Refunds are to be paid to the same account from which the item were orriginally purchased. 

Criteria
